Contact Me

Eric Trautman earned his B.S in Computer Science from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.  As an engineer and team lead at IBM and Lockheed Martin, he developed software to modernize air traffic control systems in the U.S. and U.K. and later worked on satellite control software for the Global Positioning System.  Eric then moved to Freddie Mac, where he was a developer and team lead working on different financial systems.

At Janelia, Eric works on various software and tools that support data collection and management.  He also develops and maintains Janelia's conference system and writes software components for Janelia's wiki.  Recently,  Eric has been developing a server that supports real-time behavioral analysis of larva tracking data for use in stimulus delivery.
